1. Introduction & Definitions
bajie is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bajie and all its users ("you" or "member").

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 Single Account Policy
Only one account may be operated per person, household, device, or IP address. Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in suspension of all accounts and deposited funds may be withheld.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your name, date of birth, and contact details. It is your responsibility to notify bajie immediately of any changes to this information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.
3. Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your bajie account login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, and always log out after using your account on a public device.
If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify bajie support immediately. bajie will not be liable for any loss caused by third-party access resulting from your own negligence.
- Accounts may not be transferred to another person.
- Placing bets in the name of or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
- Playing using bots or automated software is prohibited.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on bajie is ৳500. Deposits can only be made through the following approved methods:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)
Deposits are credited to the wallet after successful verification. bajie does not charge any additional fee on deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own charges.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. It is recommended that the payment method used for withdrawal matches the method used for the deposit.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Before making a withdrawal, the original deposited amount must have been wagered at least once. Separate wagering conditions apply to bonus funds (see Section 5). For unusual withdrawal patterns, bajie may request additional information or temporarily place the withdrawal on hold.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example — a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. The maximum bonus is ৳15,000 — meaning deposits of ৳26,000 or more will not yield a bonus above ৳15,000 (total ৳41,000).
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times, calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each member may claim a specific bonus offer only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
- bajie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- bajie's decision is final in determining eligibility for any bonus.
- Special conditions may apply to certain bonuses — in such cases, follow the terms stated on the promotion page.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Terms
Cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other games are available on the bajie platform. Each game or betting market may have its own rules, which are displayed on the relevant game or section page.
6.2 Sports Betting
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. bajie only provides legitimate markets and all bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant event. In case of any dispute over a result, the decision of bajie's expert team is final.
If an event is cancelled or its outcome is uncertain, bajie will settle the bet in accordance with standard industry practice — typically by returning the staked amount.
6.3 Technical Errors
If any issue with a game or bet arises due to a technical error, disconnection, or software failure, bajie will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution. bajie reserves the right to void results that are clearly caused by an error or system fault.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajie platform:
- Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive conduct.
- Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal purpose.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Playing using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
- Attempting to breach the security of bajie's systems.
- Coordinated efforts to influence betting or gaming outcomes (collusion).
- Registering under a false identity or using another person's information.
If any of these prohibited activities is proven, the account will be immediately terminated, all funds may be withheld, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by bajie
bajie may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- False identity or age.
- Suspicion of money laundering.
- Extended period of inactivity.
8.2 Closure by the Member
Any member may close their account by contacting us at the support email. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account closure request is processed.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
